Accuracy of Information
We strive to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions and pricing of our products. If a product offered by Street Sign Supply is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in unused condition in accordance with our Return Policy.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and electronic check (eCheck/ACH) payments, processed securely through Intuit Payments, a QuickBooks Payments service. Card and bank account details are transmitted directly to Intuit and are not stored on our servers. By placing an order, you represent that you are an authorized user of the credit card, bank account, or other payment method provided.
If you choose to save a payment method to your account, the details are stored securely by Intuit and represented on our site only by a token. You may remove a saved payment method at any time from the Payment methods section of your account.
For eCheck payments, you authorize Street Sign Supply to debit the bank account provided for the amount of your order. eCheck payments may take additional business days to clear, and orders paid by eCheck may not ship until funds have cleared.
Quantity pricing discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the quantity ordered.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Street Sign Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Product Specifications
All signs manufactured by Street Sign Supply are built to meet or exceed MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) specifications where applicable. Product specifications including size, material, reflective sheeting grade, and mounting details are listed on each product page.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the products ordered meet the requirements of their specific application and jurisdiction. Street Sign Supply is not responsible for determining whether a particular sign type, size, or reflective grade is required for a customer’s specific installation location or use case.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom sign orders may require additional production time. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not reduce production time — it only expedites the transit time after the order leaves our facility.
Orders paid by electronic check (eCheck/ACH) do not enter production until payment has cleared, which typically takes 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed. Production and shipping timeframes begin once funds have cleared. If you need an order to ship right away, we recommend paying by credit card.
If an eCheck payment is returned or fails to clear for any reason, your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted to arrange an alternate payment method. Returned payments may be subject to a fee.

Returns
Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund once production begins. For full details, please see our Shipping & Returns page.
